Angie Hernandez, M.A., LPC

I am passionate about redemption and authenticity.  I know that taking the first step to heal can be terrifying, so I am glad you are here! In the counseling room, I foster a space where you can process without fear or judgement. Healing is a process, and I am here to cheer you on and equip you with reliable tools to foster growth.

Laura Lyn Bell, M.A., LPC

I have walked the journey of healing through one-on-one counseling myself. Because of the inner healing I received from a Christian counselor, I want to pass along what I’ve learned and pour back into others. I am passionate about helping my clients be set free from unhealthy ways of living and heal from harmful thoughts and actions. My hope is that each client feels loved, accepted, and important when with me and that I can help them become their true authentic self – who God created them to be.

Tina Ward, M.A., LPC-Associate

I am passionate about meeting people at the crossroads of life and helping them navigate the journey. I understand that grief knows no expiration date and that healing, restoration, and forgiveness can be a continual process. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a sacred space for clients to share without judgment. I aim to help clients achieve their desired life goals using an integrative approach to fit their unique needs.

I love getting to know each person’s story. It’s a joy to walk with others and help them in self-discovery and overcome issues of the heart and personal life struggles. My clients can expect a sincere care for them as a person, respect of where they are and their values, an empathetic and loving response to their struggles and pain, no judgment, and honest, direct feedback. My goal is to create an environment of safety and vulnerability – to understand each person, help them grow, and empower them to change according to the goals we develop together.

I am passionate about helping people realize their vision for the future. I believe we are all created with gifts, talents, and purpose. We develop strengths throughout our journey, but we also develop wounds and habits that become destructive to our relationships and obstacles to fulfilling our purpose. A complicated past doesn’t have to compromise the future. I strive to provide my clients with a safe space – free of judgment and full of respect in which they can discover their strengths and leverage them to overcome hindrances to their goals. The coaching I provide is forward-focused, solution-oriented, and builds momentum to empower my clients to build, or rebuild, the life they envision.

Bea Garner, M.A., LPC

I became a counselor because I experienced firsthand the benefits of counseling. My counseling style is a combination of person-centered therapy integrated with Christian faith. My hope for each client is that they will be healed emotionally and spiritually and grow deeper in their relationship with Christ.

Since I was in elementary school, I’ve known that I wanted to be a counselor. This is a calling that the Lord placed on my life, and it’s been such a joy to walk with clients through many different seasons. My hope is that counseling would be a place for you to safely and honestly walk through whatever struggles you may be facing, learning more about yourself and how God sees you in the process.

I believe that the healing process is unique to each individual, and that lives can change from surviving to actually thriving. My heart is to meet clients where they are emotionally, mentally, and spiritually throughout the counseling process, without bias or judgment. Whatever your reasons may be for pursuing counseling, I am excited for the opportunity to join you in your journey towards healing.

Laura McKee, Ph. D., M.A., LPC-S

What you are going through matters. I care, and it is my honor to walk with each individual through the difficulties they face. I am here to provide a safe and judgment-free environment for clients to process life struggles and develop new outlooks and strategies for change. Clients can expect me to be kind and compassionate, and at the same time I will encourage and challenge them toward growth. My hope is that each client feels heard and supported, gains healthy perspectives, and can walk away with practical tools for growth and hope for positive change.
