I approach counseling with the intention that you feel heard and validated. I will meet you where you are and encourage you throughout the healing process. We will celebrate progress together, and when approaching struggles, I will give you tools to challenge your fears and thinking patterns, helping you to heal in your own time. I love to see people grow and gain confidence in themselves throughout their counseling journey!
