Areas of Concentration
Heather completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Family & Consumer Sciences at Louisiana Tech University, along with her Master’s degree in Counseling at Dallas Baptist University. She is currently a doctoral student at Regent University in their Psychology and Counseling program.
Heather is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Anger Management Specialist-I. She has had experience working with families and children in various settings, including foster care and adoption, medical hospitals, psychiatric facilities, school, and private practice. It was working in foster care that drew Heather to the field of counseling. She wanted to help families and couples at a deeper level.
