  Mallory Ryckman, LMFT-A

Mallory earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology at Texas A&M University and her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University. She is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, The Dallas Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and the American Association of Christian Counselors. Mallory is also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator for premarital and marital counseling.

Mallory specializes in adolescent issues, depression and mood disorders, anxiety, body image, eating disorders, life-stage transitions, marriage, interpersonal conflict and communication, parenting and healthy boundaries in relationships. In addition to her work as facilitator for intensive outpatient substance abuse groups, Mallory's experience includes work in a variety of environments such as outpatient behavioral healthcare clinics, nonprofit counseling centers for youth offenders and their families, and faith-based pregnancy centers. No matter what the setting, Mallory provides a structured yet collaborative therapeutic experience to build on client strengths while promoting positive change and growth.

Mallory enjoys watching and participating in all sports, outdoor activities, mentoring and traveling to visit family and friends throughout the South.
