  How much do sessions cost?
The cost of the session is dependent upon the counselor. Our counselors have a variety of educational backgrounds, and fees vary based on those backgrounds. Additional charges are incurred for Psychological, Psychoeducational and ADHD Evaluations. For fee information specific to your individual needs, please call our office at 972-596-5400. If you're unsure as to what your needs may entail, please call our office for a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.

How long is a session?
Counseling visits are offered in 50-minute sessions.

How many sessions will I need?
HopeWorks counselors tailor your treatment program to your individual needs. Your counselor will work with you to determine the number of sessions recommended, although your total investment is often not known at the onset of counseling.

Where are you located?
HopeWorks Counseling Center is in the London Square office complex at 2313 Coit Road, Suite A, between Park Boulevard and Parker Road in Plano. For additional details, see Location on this website.

What are LPCs and LMFTs?
"LPC" is the abbreviation for "Licensed Professional Counselor" and "LMFT" is the abbreviation for "Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist." Each is a formal designation for a counselor who has achieved that licensure status per the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists. All HopeWorks counselors are LPCs, LMFTs or Ph.D.s, although we sometimes employ LPC or LMFT interns who are completing their counseling education. For more information about our counselors, see "Counselors" on this website.
